- Noise violation. Over 50 decibels of noise every morning at 5:30 am due to dumpster truck banging trash and recycling. We’ve asked them to schedule pick up after 7am and they refuse. While trash is allowed to be picked up, noise levels of over 50 decibels are a violation of the boston ordinances. We’ve complained to the owner of thinking cup for over a year and he has not fixed this. Please do something
