- Motor vehicles parked on street (Annunciation Rd) which has no signs i.e residential parking, time limits, street cleaning etc which enables cars to be parked there for hours. No wonder our area has high car insurance rates. People who live in the suburbs, out of state and college students park near housing development and get there car broken into. BTD need signs to be placed on street which connects to Ruggles St. Preventing crime on cars and a loophole of free parking in Roxbury.
