- Street light or control box knocked down: [Street Light] Problem: [Const states there is a leaning street light pole at this intersection. Multiple cases placed before regarding the outqage but have not been addressed. The lamp dome is missing and wires are visible from the top of the pole. The pole is leaning, not blocking pedestrian access but it is a safety hazard. Requesting assistance. SL radioed at 12:38pm.] Light blocking the street or sidewalk: [No] Wires exposed: [Yes]
