- The conditions outside Don Orione nursing home are a disgraceful display of negligence. The dumpsters are consistently filthy, with grease, broken glass, and garbage spilling onto the street and sidewalk. The stench is overwhelming. Despite having multiple conversations with the facility about this, nothing has changed. It’s deeply unfair to the residents who are forced to look at- and live with - this every day. Considering they purchased the property for over $9 million, it’s more than reasonable to expect them to install a proper fence and maintain basic sanitary standards. The lack of action is unacceptable.
