- I'm told we don't have rats in Chestnut Hill but in all reality, I pay Boston taxes ergo I live in boston. We have a rat problem at Waterworks museum condos and they wanted to come in and lay traps. However, I have emphysema and asthma so I said no but I did have one big rat come running through my condo but he kept running. I don't know how he got in and I don't know how he got out but he didn't bite me so I'm happy.
