- Person living out of car and they are parking every day in this spot on Harrison Ave. This person is attracting a lot of other homeless people and they are all congregating along the side of my building at 874 Harrison Ave. They set up encampments on the sidewalk, and there are personal belongings everywhere. They loiter and do drugs, and I am having great difficulty leasing out this former CVS due to these issues. I own the block where 874 Harrison Ave and 30 Northampton Street are located.
