Property has graffiti on fence for months, disinvested landlords taking subsidies feel entitled to lower quality of life in Neponset?Rent is $2200. and there isre 46 units, they can afford a can of paint and to sod the lawns. Fine can go up 3k now. Can we see quality of our environment improve please?

    Invalid | The city of Boston property management department does not remove graffiti on fences. This is because we do not have color match to paint the fence, and also our chemical would damage the fence. So it is incumbent upon the owner to remove the graffiti and this case will be closed.
