- Pet Safety Concern: I live at 24 Phillips St. Boston, 02114, and I am worried for a neighbor's cat's safety. I face the back of their building, so I am unsure of the exact address; This neighbor lives at either 28 or 30 Phillips, on the top floor. This neighbor owns an orange cat that I have seen nearly fall out the window twice in the last month.
