- Good evening - the attached request was marked as closed and stated it is the hospitals responsiblity. I called the hospital and they say it is the city's responsibility. The finger pointing by the two entities causes nothing to get done. BMC is by all accounts a bad neighbor but in this case the garbage and bus stop are on the Mass Ave side of their fence and on public property.
