- What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent states people from advanced auto parts are doing body work in the parking lot. Says this has been reported previously but by the time someone comes out the work has stopped. No set time, just off and on all day. Sounds as if someone is doing construction but it is the people doing body work on the cars in this lot.]
