- 25 Northern Ave, car alarm going on off, 311 is saying report to BPD, already reported to the BPD cruiser that's been parked across from it for the last 2hrs. They can hear and see it but no action has been taken. People need to sleep. This is a residential building. So why doesn't 311 reach out to BPD and have it towed.
