- Active rodent and cockroach infestation in unit, with clear structural ingress points throughout. Multiple unsealed wall openings remain behind major appliances and elsewhere in the unit. Landlord was formally notified of these breaches and refused to hire a licensed contractor, despite explicit recommendation from a licensed exterminator. Landlord is now declining to send further pest control, despite visible rodent droppings and ongoing pest activity. Exterminator visited on May 28, 2025, laid only paper traps and two mouse traps, and offered no long-term treatment plan. I personally identified additional wall breaches throughout the unit, which the landlord also refused to repair professionally. This is a multi-unit dwelling. The conditions pose an ongoing health risk and have not been remediated.
