- Caller is calling about multiple cases that were closed out for graffiti on light poles all at the same time with the same photo. Caller states the cases #4012101, #4036490, #4036496, #4022015 were all closed out with the same photo and would like an explanation why. Resolved | The paint crew was working all of Mass Ave 6/3 and 6/4 and painted all the poles in question and then some, rather then just the ones there was cases for. It would be counterproductive to ask the painters to individually point out each pole that had cases with and match and take pictures. Rather than focusing on painting as many poles as possible in the litter time they had to do so. With heavy traffic and safety concerns of the area it’s an unnecessary ask to have the painters be photographers as well. ?
