Description
There has been an abandoned motorcycle chained to a street pole on the sidewalk for over 5 years. It has never moved. It is directly across the street from 44 Middle Street, South Boston. It blocks some of the sidewalk and makes it hard to exit the passenger side of a car when parked there.
