- Ever since I moved into this unit, I’ve experienced a persistent cockroach infestation, primarily in the kitchen. I have photo and video evidence of the pests. Despite submitting multiple maintenance requests, there have been no visible pest control efforts or communication from management. This issue has seriously affected my quality of life and mental health and appears to violate both Massachusetts sanitary code and the terms of my lease agreement, which stated that management is responsible for maintaining a pest-free living environment.
