Description
If it’s actively registered, where is the Charlestown resident parking sticker and was was it ticketed in the first place? Please stop allowing abuse of the parking system and preferential treatment of this person who is apparently employed by the city and just tow the car. According to the BTD person who came out last week, it’s clearly a known problem by a repeat offender.
