- Where is your category for property that is not being kept up? Or dangerous litter? I am in the back of my yard, the hilly part, with hedge clippers and I am overwhelmed by the smell of gasoline. I leave that area and go to where I can clearly see into the backyard of 587 Beech Street, and there is a red cannister of what must have been gasoline, now lying on it's side. It's not their driveway side of the yard, but the overgrown side yard as you are facing the house, it's the right side. This is NOW.
