- Black Acura SUV double parked for hours, blocking car in. He does this multiple times a week, puts a sign that says “I’ll be right back”…he’s never right back! He disappears for hours. Please come through and ticket. This is ridiculous. He needs to park in a spot like every other resident unless his hazards are on and he’s actively bringing things in/out from his car. Thanks!
