- Contractor illegally blocking parking spots from residents with no permit. They have a permit to replace curbing and sidewalks for the project at 500 Talbot Ave, actual permit is listed under 474. That permit restricts parking between 9:00am-3:30pm, however they modified it by writing 7:30am on it. How is that allowed and today they have blocked a majority of the parking on Argyle Street with concrete fixtures, cones and construction vehicles. This contractor has been doing whatever they want in our neighborhood. I have a picture but unable to attach to this message. Could your department please rectify this ongoing issue. It affects our neighborhood and isn't right.
