- Toohig Park- every evening at 5 pm between 10-15 dogs are running around the field unleashed. Tonight, 6/15/2025 a child was chased down by a dog while walking from the playground to the path up to Minot st. This is dangerous and animal control should come down and ticket these dog owners.
