- Description
- There have been two abandoned blue recycling bins next to 14 Oak Street for months and months. They are on BHA property at 391 Main Street, next to a BHA three car parking area. People dump all kinds of trash in there and they smell and attract rats. The maintenance people at this BHA location don’t seem to do anything about them either. Can you please get rid of them?
