- The constituent states that she is having issues in this apartment. The constituent states that she received a letter from BW&S that the water bill was owed in the amount of $14,000.00. The company has to pay this amount or the water will be shut off. The constituent is a renter to a condo association. She is just a renter and now her water is turned off. The constituent called BW&sewage dept and they did confirm if they didnt pay the water will be turned off. The water is in fact currently turned off. The constituent has no running water at all. The constituent states she called property management to notify them what was going on and they stated they will take care of it. The issue has not been resolved.The other issues in this building is that the elevators are not working properly and has the wrong address certificate that needs to be updated correctly. Theres also a rodent activity issue in this apartment. The rats are coming in and out of the apartment. Another issue is that the constituent pays for heat and when she needed the heat to turn on they refused to turn on the heat. The constituent states that their communication is very poor when it comes to the tenants here at this apartment complaining about issues that needs to be fixed.
