- What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent states every night people come down on this street and work on cars. BPD has been out multiple times, advised constituent to call us to add to our radar as well. Constituent states they are here from about 6-10pm, banging and revving engines. Asking if someone can come regulary check this out. States they through all the tickets BPD has given them in the street.]
