Dear Inspectional Services Team, I am writing to file a complaint regarding construction activity at 91-93 Orleans Street in East Boston. I live on the second floor of 183 Maverick Street, directly next to the construction site. We are experiencing the following serious issues: Debris and insulation materials have been left on our porch, outside our front entry, and even inside our hallway. These materials appear to be fiberglass or other possibly hazardous insulation and are spreading into our apartment, raising health and air quality concerns. The site has installed two 4-inch exhaust vents that blow directly onto our porch area. This presents a serious air and safety concern, as the discharged air is entering our living space. I have attached photos showing the current conditions. We respectfully request an urgent inspection of the construction site and prompt corrective action to ensure the health and safety of nearby residents. Please confirm receipt of this complaint.
