- constituent sent us a contact form: "The whole street, Chestnut street in Charlestown the gas lights are so dirty that you hardly cans on the street at night.. very dangerous for old people like me ...I almost fell hitting a piece of wood on the side walk that I couldn't see because the lights are very low. the glass ares o dirty .
