Description
Water leak -- the construction site has been continuously leaking a pretty significant amount of water here 24/7 for weeks (maybe months) at this point. I pass it at least twice a day and it seems incredibly wasteful and is both an environmental concern and a concern for cyclists and pedestrians getting sprayed on the already narrow roadway
