- In response to Case Number: 101006152645. The new repair to the sidewalk causes a bigger dip in the sidewalk than then repair in 2016. The prior repair from 2016 resulted in a dip in the sidewalk resulting in a constant puddle at the crosswalk both in the street and on the side walk resulting in significant ice in the winter and flooding the rest of the year. The sidewalk should be raised to stay in line with the rest of the sidewalk to allow for drainage to the catch basin (rather than the artificial dip that was manufactured during the repair in 2016 and deepened during the current repair). The prior repair and the current repair prevent water drainage and make this an even more dangerous intersection for pedestrians and cars particularly during the winter.
