- Const. States there is brown stuff coming out of tree in front of service location that is blowing onto the roof and stairs of property resulting in the stairs looking brown instead of black, birds pooping on roof as well as the constituents vehicle so the constituent has been parking across the street rather than their driveway. Constituent also states this has been an ongoing issue for years, they purchased a blower to help as well as called before several times regarding the tree.
