- New lights installed in the Sargent wharf parking lot are 1000 times brighter then the old and blinding the all the residential living rooms surrounding the lot. This is the view from my Union wharf window and it does not adequately reflect the nuisance of these intrusive wattage lights!!!! Hoping they can dim them somehow !!!
