- What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent reports abandoned home at location. The front door is not locked. States there is a big hole in the roof where a large raccoon family climbs in and out of, the door was open in a recent wind storm, states 911 has been called and the responding officers could smell a dead animal inside. States even after the BPD response, the owners did not secure their property. States the other night, some neighborhood preteens kicked the door open.]
