- Rodwnt sighting of near chain-link fence that runs between Star Market and Cicconi & Sons. One was hanging by the mulch, and the other was on the opposite side of the fence. Ideally, all the trash should be cleared from the mulch and chain-link fence might be better off being replaced by a wall.
