- Garbage barrels (1 trash, 2 recycling) have been on Winchester Street at Edgerly Place (across from 45 Winchester St) for over 1 week without anyone claiming them. We have checked with neighbors and no one knows who they belong to. Is it possible to please have them removed as trash? Note that the 1-17 Edgerly Place Condo Association was ticketed for having trash barrels out too early because they were placed on our sidewalk, but these do not belong to any of the condominiums in our HOA and we're filing an appeal for the violation.
