- Once again, a mattress has been illegally dumped on the sidewalk this time in front of 110 Devon Street. Based on what I witnessed, the individuals responsible live at 107 Devon Street and moved the mattress to the curb by 110. This has become a recurring issue and continues to negatively impact the cleanliness and appearance of the neighborhood. Can the City please come and remove the mattress? And if possible, can someone follow up with the residents at 107 Devon to stop this from continuing?
