- 7 cars belonging to 1 home zoned for only 3. Continues to demonstrate that more than the designated people declared to be living in 19 Cowing are residing there. There are 6 cars and 1 truck occupying the street tonight. The neighborhood has repeatedly complained about the occupied spaces & all owners of the cars have been observed going in and out of the residence repeatedly. All car owners are living in some capacity in this home zoned only for 3 cars and it is a 2 family with a 3rd floor mini apartment, which clearly has more than the allowed residents as demonstrated by the additional mattresses stored on the back porch.
