- Unkempt overgrown grass | Details: [Constituent states owner of service location has not attendended to grass in over 3 years and it is overgrown and grass is dying, tree is unkept: taller than should be, branches are hitting the lawn on the ground. Vines are growing on concrete due to state of the lawn, 3/4 of the property is painted and the remainder facing constituent's home is not painted which looks bad, the shrubs in front of yard are up very high, covering roof and front of house cannot be seen. The constituent has reported property numerous times but prior- reached out to owner more than once, and reports the owner of the property has been seen tossing code violation tickets in the garbage.] Exact location: [Front and back]
