- I am from the property management company that manages the buildings next door. We have been working with pest control extensively to control the rats in the back of the building for months and are working with multiple Boards together to comprise a plan for hardscaping the area. Each week pest control sends a report that states "There's a large mattress leaning up against the fence just outside of the gate behind the neighboring building. Rats are burrowing under this mattress and living inside the mattress. Recommend reaching out to management of neighboring property to have this mattress removed and discarded."
