- Albany Street is a mess. Why isn’t the South End Exchange responsible for keeping their sidewalk clean and their property tidy? Everything is overgrown. If they’re not going to build, they should at least be required to maintain their property and keep it tidy. It’s an eyesore and a disgrace.
