Description: I am in unit 301 of this building. This is an affordable housing lottery unit & I am struggling. This building hasn’t had AC for the whole summer& I have been ignored on a water damage emergency. This is an urgent request. I have had an active bathroom leak and an open ceiling in my condo unit since March. Despite multiple attempts to get this resolved through my condo association, no action has been taken. The ceiling remains exposed, and I am increasingly concerned about mold exposure, structural damage, and health risks. This situation is unacceptable and has gone on far too long. I am requesting an immediate inspection under the Massachusetts Sanitary Code (105 CMR 410). Please treat this as a priority. I can provide photo evidence and documentation upon request. |
