- Description
- Lots of rats in front of apartments on Drake Place and behind apartments on Chelsea Street. There are at least 10 burrow entrances if not more. I see 7+ rats at once running around when the sun starts going down. They have started chewing through the sides of trash bins. It is becoming a health hazard. Droppings everywhere.
