- Neighbor in 201 rear Savin Hill Avenue is feeding birds more so pigeons on her deck. This has resulted in pigeons on my roof @ 199 Savin Hill Avenue waiting to be fed. That has further led to pigeon poop all over my house, deck, porches, stairs and cars. Now I have rats in my yard. Neither my son or I can sit on the deck without sanitizing it first. I spoke to her and she refuses to stop.
