- Other | Details: [Constituent states there are 3 dumpsters behind the building (there are regular dumpsters that are dumped on regular basis, but 3 dumpsters have not been emptied since being placed there and have been there for at least 3 months)and they smell horrible (especially due to it being the summer) and are unbearable: constituents are concerned for the safety of the children and allowing them to play outside due to the rat infestation and increase in rodent activity.The constituent states there are some residents in the area that do not maintain their property and that is also affecting the neighborhood.
