- Roofing material blowing off roof. Original complaint from last week was closed which it should not have been. If the inspector looks up at roof they will see what I’m referring to. It’s a blue tarp like material that on a mild windy day the material will blow off and into the neighborhood and cause a mess. It’s been like this for a few years and building was fined once before.
