- What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent states there are two dumpsters behind service location and PWD is good with collecting garbage, but the trash stinks and is affecting her being able to open the window and catch fresh air. The constituent also states she has went to management numerous times regarding the smell of the dumpsters and suggested even washing them, but management has not resolved the issue. Constituent also reports people using the bathroom by dumpsters and is no longer able to leave bicycle outside, and recently discovered a dead rodent by bike.]
