- REPEAT OFFENDER- Every Friday afternoon, this large apartment building gathers all trash and places it in clear bags and dumps it on the sidewalk in the rear of the building, leaving it out until Monday. Leaving ANY trash out outside of the residential trash pick-up window is contributing to the City's rat problem. This is happening weekly, and nearby neighbors have tried to work with the Landlord without success. Location is at Public Alley 414 at Mass Ave on left side for Beacon Towers' residents at # 481, 481 and 471 Beacon Street (aka Beacon Towers) on sidewalk! Please issue max fines for multiple buildings. Please notify DPW for immediate pick-up.
