- Dear Code Enforcement Division, I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding an issue with Andrew Mayleben, who resides in 6 Edgerly Pl Apt 405 Boston MA 02116. I believe his actions are in violation of the city's waste disposal regulations, and I would like to bring these matters to your attention. 1. Improper Trash Disposal Mr. Mayleben has been placing his recyclable trash outside for collection on days that do not comply with the city's guidelines. According to the regulations, recyclables should be placed curbside after 5:00 p.m. on collection days (Sunday and Thursday) or before 6:00 a.m. on the morning of collection. However, he has been throwing out his recyclables on Fridays after 6:00 a.m., leaving them outside for the entire day. 2. Food Compost Violation Additionally, Mr. Mayleben has been placing food compost, specifically bare banana peels, outside without proper containment. These compost items have been mixed with recyclable cardboard and left out on non-collection days, which not only violates the city's composting guidelines but also attracts pests and creates an unsightly environment. I kindly request that the Code Enforcement Division investigate these violations and take appropriate action to ensure compliance with the city's waste disposal regulations.
