- I am reporting an unauthorized and misleading parking/towing sign posted by a private property owner that appears to apply to a public street. The sign is located on the gate of 34 Braddock Park in the south end and reads: “This is not parking. Cars will be towed.” This sign is positioned on private property, which is a public roadway maintained by the City. There are no official city-installed “No Parking” or towing restriction signs in this area. The placement of this sign is misleading to the public and could unlawfully deter lawful street parking or falsely imply towing authority on public property. Please request removal of said sign!
