ATTENTION: BOSTON POLICE DEPARTMENT COMMAND STAFF: On behalf of the Uphams Corner, especially the residence in and around the area of Columbia Road, and Arion Street for their continuous presence, positive community policing and effective, prevention, intervention and effective deterrence of heroin addicts, crack addicts, prostitution in other nefarious entities that was inundated and taking over our area. Thanks to these great police officers both men and women and their effective community policing, assertive policing, protection of property and people; our Public Safety and quality life hasn't proved in a very great way.
