- What is Boston police doing about these reckless people on e-bikes/mopeds all covered when is 90 degrees outside, wearing hoodies and masks not to be seen, riding reckless all over the city about to hit someone? I called 911 yesterday and they completely brushed me off transferring me to 311, as l saw a bunch of reckless mopeds turning left on the red lights from kneeland street to beach street.
