- In the parking lot across some 70 Devine way at the McCormick housing projects parking lot near the dumpsters, there is a black SUV with such severe front end damage that you know. The car was involved in a a hit-and-run and abandoned there. It's been there for weeks. There is another red van that is not mobile and that has been there for months. Please get rid of these. They have expired Registrations too
