- Hello 311, on Thursday, Aug 14, there heavy rain in the area. Causing this huge hole in my front yard. This happened 1 year ago at 5 feet from this new hole. It was reported to 311 and was fixed. Whereas this keeps happening when there is heavy rain. There has to be a more serious problem in the area underneath the sidewalk with water run-off. This needs to be surveyed further to see why this keeps happening. I have left the hole open, so someone from your office can visit and inspect this issue. PLEASE HELP RESOLVE THIS ISSUE!!!
